General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Klarwerk and the customer. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded only once the customer has confirmed the quote in writing and Klarwerk has issued an order confirmation. Price estimates in the online configurator are non-binding.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment terms are set out in the binding quote.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery times and conditions as stated in the quote. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to cancel the order unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

§ 5 Statutory Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, we provide a 5-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects.
