Four variants
Which variant fits depends on how you open the window or door. We recommend the right one in a personal consultation.
Tension frame
A clamped-in, removable frame. The simplest and most affordable variant for windows only used for tilt ventilation.
Hinged frame
A fixed frame with hinges that opens like a door. Ideal for windows that are regularly opened wide.
Roller system
Retracts into a cassette and pulls out when needed. A clean look, space-saving, ideal for rarely used openings.
Pleated screen
Folds vertically or horizontally. Generous coverage, including for balcony doors and floor-to-ceiling windows.
What to tell us
Insect screens are planned per opening. The following details are all we need for a reliable first quote:
- Type of opening (window or balcony door; roof windows excluded)
- Dimensions of the opening (W × H in mm)
- Preferred variant (tension frame, hinged frame, roller, pleated)
- Colour preference or matching to the frame
- Special requirements (pollen protection, pet flap, etc.)
