Warranty terms (summary)
On all products supplied by Klarwerk we provide a 5-year warranty from the delivery date covering material and workmanship defects.
The warranty covers: defective profile systems, faulty glazing, hardware defects and made-to-measure fabrication faults attributable to our manufacturing.
Excluded from the warranty: damage caused by improper installation or improper use, normal wear and tear, and damage from external forces (e.g. break-in, severe weather).
