No. The indicative price is a non-binding estimate based on your details and the photos you submitted. You receive a binding offer only after a technical review by our team and – if required – a measurement or site visit.
What happens after the estimate?

Is a site visit necessary?
Not always. Many projects can be reviewed from photos and details. Windows require a measurement before production; complete renovations and work on facades, roofs or heating usually require an inspection. We tell you what applies in your case after the review.

Yes. Klarwerk plans the sequence of trades, bundles qualified specialists, coordinates materials and schedules and documents decisions and hand-overs. You have one point of contact. The binding overall offer is prepared after the on-site survey.
