Cancellation Policy

Note on made-to-measure products: Pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications (made-to-measure products).

Since all of our windows and doors are manufactured to your individual measurements and specifications, withdrawal is excluded once production has begun.
