Approx. 3–5 weeks after order confirmation. The exact date is confirmed once your order is received.

Professionally packed on a pallet, secured against transport damage.

Delivery by freight carrier to the kerbside. Unloading assistance on request.

Order confirmation
After you confirm the quote, you receive a written order confirmation with an expected delivery date.

Production
Your windows are manufactured to your exact measurements. Delivery time approx. 3–5 weeks.

Dispatch notification
You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your goods are dispatched.

Delivery
The freight carrier delivers to the agreed address. Please check for completeness and damage on receipt.

We deliver all products for self-installation or installation by your own tradesperson. Windows and doors arrive fully ready for installation.

On request, we can put you in touch with qualified installers in your region. Please let us know in your enquiry.

Important: For a correct installation we recommend engaging a qualified window installer. We accept no liability for faulty self-installation.
