Roof work requires special safety measures and always an on-site check. Terraces, paths and entrances, on the other hand, can be assessed well from photos. We estimate what can be estimated responsibly and clearly mark the rest as "after review".

What is checked before a binding offer
The indicative price is non-binding. These points are checked by specialists before an offer becomes binding:
- For safety reasons, roof work is only offered after an inspection by a specialist company.
- Older roof coverings may contain asbestos-containing materials.
